| At popular request, we simply had to include a few Balti dishes on the menu. Ours are cooked in a semi-dry sauce with peppers, tomatoes and onions and spiced up with garam masala - a blend of cinnamon, cumin, coriander, cardamoms, cloves, peppercorns and mace - and fenugreek. The resulting Balti just bursts with flavour. |
